Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Loom mobile application and related web pages (the "Service"), operated by UFIT Co., Ltd. ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. What Loom is (and isn't)

Loom turns your birth date and time into a Thread Code and readings based on Korean Saju (four-pillars) tradition. The Service is provided for self-reflection and entertainment purposes only. It is not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and it does not predict fixed outcomes. Do not make significant decisions based solely on the Service. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services or a crisis line (in the US, call or text 988).

2. Your account and data

Loom does not require an account. Your birth details are stored on your device. See our Privacy Policy for details on what limited data we process.

3. Loom+ subscription

Loom+ is an optional auto-renewable subscription: $9.90/month or $89.90/year (prices may vary by region and are shown in the store at purchase), each with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.
Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel the subscription anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.
Refunds are handled by the app stores under their policies.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service — including attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it beyond what applicable law permits, or use it to harass others. Shared cards are for personal, non-commercial sharing.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its artwork, characters, guides, text, and software, is owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on your devices.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
